First Steps

After creating your gym account, here are the first things you should do.

1. Complete Your Gym Profile

Go to Admin > Settings and fill in your gym's details:

  • Gym name and description
  • Address and contact information
  • Logo and branding colors (available on Professional plan)
  • Timezone and currency settings

2. Set Up Membership Tiers

Create the membership plans your gym offers:

  1. Navigate to Admin > Membership Tiers
  2. Click New Membership Tier
  3. Set the name, price, and billing period
  4. Add any included features or limits

3. Add Your Team

Invite trainers and other staff:

  1. Go to Admin > Users
  2. Click New User
  3. Set their role (Admin, Trainer, or Member)
  4. They'll receive an email invitation to set their password

4. Add Members

You can add members individually or they can self-register:

  1. Go to Admin > Users and click New User with the Member role
  2. Fill in their name, email, and phone number
  3. Assign a membership tier

5. Configure Payments

Connect your Stripe account to start accepting payments:

  1. Go to Admin > Stripe Connect
  2. Click Connect with Stripe
  3. Follow the Stripe onboarding process

Once connected, you can record payments, create subscriptions, and send invoices.
