Subscriptions Overview

Wevigor supports recurring subscriptions powered by Stripe for both gym-level (platform) billing and member-level billing.

Gym Subscription (Platform)

Your gym pays a monthly subscription to use Wevigor:

  • Starter — Basic features for small gyms
  • Professional — Full features including door access control, custom branding, and advanced analytics

Manage your gym's subscription at Admin > Billing.

Member Subscriptions

You can set up recurring billing for your members:

  1. Create a Membership Tier with a price
  2. Sync the tier to Stripe (creates a Stripe Product + Price)
  3. When adding or editing a membership, click Create Subscription
  4. The member will be billed automatically each period

Subscription Lifecycle

  • Active — Member is being billed and has full access
  • Past Due — A payment failed; Stripe will retry automatically
  • Cancelled — Member cancelled; access continues until period end
  • Expired — Subscription has ended

Self-Service for Members

Members can manage their own subscriptions from their profile:

  • View current plan and next billing date
  • Update their payment method
  • Cancel or resume their subscription
  • View payment history
