Gym Settings

Configure your gym's profile and preferences from the admin settings page.

Accessing Settings

Navigate to Admin > Settings to manage your gym's configuration.

General Settings

• Gym Name — Displayed throughout the platform and to your members
• Subdomain — Your gym's unique URL (e.g., yourgym.wevigor.com)
• Timezone — Used for check-in timestamps and scheduling
• Currency — Default currency for payments and invoices

Branding (Professional Plan)

On the Professional plan, you can customize:

• Logo — Uploaded logo appears in navigation and PWA icon
• Theme Color — Primary color used throughout the interface
• App Name — Custom name for the PWA (installable app)

Door Access (Professional Plan)

Configure QR-code based door access:

1. Go to Admin > Settings
2. Create door devices with unique tokens
3. Members generate QR credentials from their profile
4. Devices scan QR codes and verify access via the API

Data & Privacy

• Member data is isolated per gym (multi-tenant architecture)
• All data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest
• GDPR compliance tools are available (data export, deletion)
